The first of our featured posts - Welcome
This was a recent shot I decided to do after running into a similar photo that inspired me to try it.
The style is a Low-key bodyscape portrait, which means it’s very dark and typically uses a black or dark background. Lights are used behind and to the side of the model to highlight curves and shapes.
I really liked the way this turned out and definitely gave me more ideas I want to try in order to produce even better results of the same kind of images.
I was lucky enough to have an amazing model available to shoot these on short notice to try out the technique. I will add some technical slides for the set up I used, which was very simple for these.
let me know what you think!
